Florida Registered Paralegal

Donna has been a legal assistant/paralegal for over 40 years and is a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has been a paralegal with Deeb Elder Law since 1995. She began her career as a bona fide mermaid at Weekie Wachee Springs. Since leaving the water many years ago, she worked in the area of Estate Administration/Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Litigation. She and her husband have raised four children and have resided in St. Petersburg for most of their lives.

Kim Thomas
Florida Registered Paralegal

Kim has been a paralegal for over 20 years and has been with Deeb Elder Law since 1994. She has a Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies and is a Florida Registered Paralegal. Kim works in the firm’s Guardianship section. She is a member of the Pinellas County Guardianship Association. She has been a speaker for the St. Pete College paralegal class and has been an instructor for the Guardianship training course at St. Pete College. Kim was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida and lives in Clearwater with her husband.

Dayna Kennedy
Florida Registered Paralegal

Dayna has over 24 years’ experience as a legal assistant/paralegal and has been a paralegal with Deeb Elder Law since 2007. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal and works in the area of Medicaid, Long Term Care Planning, Asset Preservation, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration/Probate. She is a member of Better Living for Seniors of Pinellas County. Dayna is a Clearwater native and lives in Safety Harbor, Florida with her husband and daughter.

Kathy Roberts
Firm Administrator/ Accountant

Kathy has been with Deeb Elder Law since 1998 and has over 25 years’ experience in law firm accounting and administration. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Kathy handles the firm’s office management including billing, accounting, trust accounting, marketing and administration of staff personnel. Kathy and her husband are both St. Petersburg natives and have two sons.
