Terry Deeb, a St. Petersburg native, is certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Elder Law. He has an AV Peer Review Rating*, the highest possible with Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in their Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He was also selected as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers by Tampa Bay Magazine in 2010.
Terry focuses on Long Term Care Planning including Medicaid Planning and Asset Preservation, Incapacity Planning, End-of-Life Issues, Guardianship, Special Needs Trusts, Estate and Trust Administration/Probate and Estate Planning. He has instructed the Professional Guardian education course required by the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. He is qualified to practice in U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a Certified Circuit County Mediator.
Terry is a former St. Pete Beach Police Officer and is a Florida Registered Real Estate Broker, a Florida Certified Building Contractor (inactive) and a multi-engine rated private pilot. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
Terry is a member of The Florida Bar Elder Law Section, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bar Associations, the Pinellas County Guardian Association, and Better Living for Seniors of Pinellas County.

Jenna C. Jordan
Elder Law Attorney
Jenna focuses on elder law, including estate planning, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning. Jenna graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a J.D. and Concentration in Elder Law. While at Stetson, Jenna received the William Blews Pro Bono Service Award for her pro bono service and the Matthew Bender Elder Law Book Award for her distinction in elder law.
Jenna competed on Stetson Law’s Dispute Resolution Board, where she was a Finalist in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling competition and a Semi-Finalist in the Abrams National Mediation competition.
While at Stetson, Jenna volunteered at the Gulfport Senior Center teaching a “Tech Tips” class about Facebook, phones, and laptops. Jenna additionally hosted consumer protection fairs at the Senior Center to educate seniors of common scams and how to avoid falling victim. Jenna also possesses a Master’s Certificate in Gerontology and Health from Indiana University.
Jenna is licensed in the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida. Jenna has served as Secretary of The Thomas E. Penick Jr. American Inn of Court and remains an active member. The Penick Inn is part of the American Inns of Court, which is an association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from all levels of experience, practice, and backgrounds who share a passion for professional development, camaraderie, and excellence.
Jenna is active with her church, City Church St. Petersburg, where she serves on the worship team. In Jenna’s free time, she likes to go on adventures with her dog, Mickee, and to force cuddles with her cat, Peach.
