Terry Deeb, a St. Petersburg native, is certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Elder Law. He has an AV Peer Review Rating*, the highest possible with Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in their Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He was also selected as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers by Tampa Bay Magazine in 2010.
Terry focuses on Long Term Care Planning including Medicaid Planning and Asset Preservation, Incapacity Planning, End-of-Life Issues, Guardianship, Special Needs Trusts, Estate and Trust Administration/Probate and Estate Planning. He has instructed the Professional Guardian education course required by the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. He is qualified to practice in U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a Certified Circuit County Mediator.
Terry is a former St. Pete Beach Police Officer and is a Florida Registered Real Estate Broker, a Florida Certified Building Contractor (inactive) and a multi-engine rated private pilot. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
Terry is a member of The Florida Bar Elder Law Section, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bar Associations, the Pinellas County Guardian Association, and Better Living for Seniors of Pinellas County.

Her imperative is always to find the best way to achieve her clients’ goals while also keeping the firm’s legal services affordable. It is also important to Lisa that every person she encounters is treated with the respect and empathy they deserve, and she strives to ease every client’s burden by ensuring that they know they are in good hands.
Lisa is originally from Fairbanks, Alaska. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maine at Augusta, and she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Lisa served on Stetson Law Review and as Historian for the Public Service Fellows. At the same time, she also fell in love with Gulfport, Florida, where she and her family now live.
